Roles Definition:
What roles are present?
The following roles are present along with the
description:

Content Administrator: These users
have the right to change content in the respective pages or the portal as a
whole (super admin)

Producers: These are the top
management people in the respective department. They will ideally produce the
content going on in the portal. They can directly modify the announcements and
I&I sections. They will forward the content to the content admin for
uploading.

Contributors: These are the members
of a department, or a region. They have access to the folders which are
viewable within that department or region group
·
Authenticated users: These are the normal
users. All users are authenticated members of the JConnect (global page) space.
As an example: an IT user will be an authenticated member of the Marketing
department. They will have access to the public documents of another department
but not confidential ones.
