JConnect Login Page

The Login page is displayed before accessing JConnect and after logging out.

How do I log in to JConnect?

Please use your employee id as the Username and Password in the password field.

Press the LOGIN button to enter.

(In case you have typed incorrectly, you can clear the typed in fields using RESET) 

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please use the “Forgot Password” link. Once you click “forgot password” link a Screen to provide Username (Employee code) will appear.

Once you provide Username press send button, you will receive an OTP on your registered mail id and that will take you to Forget Password OTP Screen

Enter OTP and press Verify button .After providing correct OTP, you will move to Change Password Screen.

Here you provide a new password and same to be entered in confirm password field, and then, press CHANGE PASSWORD button and after change password you will be logged out of JApps too, please re-login with new password on JApps to continue receiving Notifications.

Now you can login in JConnect with a New Password.

What if my password is locked?

If your password is locked please use Unlock Password link after press unlock password link you will move to Unlock Account Screen

Here provide you Username, press send button and you will receive an OTP mail in your registered mail id.

Here you provide OTP which you receive in mail and press verify if your OTP is correct, then your account will be unlocked itself.
