What is the Objective of this Module?
This section allows user to apply adhoc
shift and can also view/print the report using ‘Report Tab’.
Process of Applying Shift:
Step 1: Select employee using List. Adhoc shift may be applied by the employee or by anyone on
behalf of him/her from the same division.
After selecting employee view the
details of the selected employee. Like,
The Employee’s Shift Details panel shows the shifts already
mapped to the employee in employee master. Employee needs to apply for adhoc shift only if it has different timings from those
mapped to employee in his/her employee master.
Step 2: To apply shift, click . A new record will be
generated.
Step 3: Select shift from date and shift end date.
Step 4: Click on “Select/Edit” to select or change
selected adhoc shift.
Provide remark and click on “Confirm”.
->What can user do with ‘Pre/Post Approval Cancellation Tab’?
1-User can reject own applied shift record if record is not
approved by any authority.
2- HR/Time office person can reject on behalf applied shift record
if record is not approved by any authority.
3- HR/TO can reject on behalf applied shift record if record is
finalized.
->How to cancel
applied shift record-
1- Click on search button
to show applicable record for cancel.
2- Select record through
mark check box option and enter the remark value.
3- Click on cancel button
to save the record.
->What can user do with ‘Report Tab’?
In report tab, user can view the adhoc
shift status.
Click button to view the adhoc shift status.
Working with search options
By Default, this option will show current financial year. User can
change the date by selecting icon.

How to print Report?
User can take the print out of the adhoc
shift status by clicking button.
